I primarily work with ServiceNow for ticketing, Azure or AWS for cloud computing, and Intune for endpoint management.
At my first job I was a packager and delivery boy. I packed signs into boxes and drove around town delivering them to people.
Then, I started working retail and would eventually end up working in the bakery department of a large midwest grocery store chain.
This is where I really nailed down customer relationships. All the regulars knew me and would come over to the bakery just to talk to me!
I eventually had spent so much time working there that I became the "guy-in-charge" whenever my managers called off.
But then I finally got the chance to work in IT and use my degree at Afni where I now work as a IT Support Technician!
Right now my goal is to learn and try as many different things as I can.
I studied cyber security in school, but I also enjoy networking, webdev, database, and cloud management.
Within five years I hope to move into a role related to one of those subjects and continue to expand my knowledge.
As I move forward in my IT journey, I really want to master what I do and continue to provide excellent support to users.
Yes! I've built many computers for friends, family, and myself.
I find out their needs and choose hardware that will suit their use-case.
I love to upgrade my components and I'm always thinking about doing new builds.
